PORT

Wiese & Krohn (est. 1865) who produce some of the finest Ports in the heart of the upper Douro Valley. Lagrima White Port for that aperitif, bold Ruby and rich flavoured mellow Tawny. Late Bottled Vintage Quinta do Retiro Nova (an "A" rated Quinta sited in Sarzedinho) which is dark coloured and aromatic and aged in oak casks for up to 6 years before bottling. Vintage and finally to round off the collection is their exceptional Vintage Colheita.

SHERRY

Pedro Ximénez Sherry - the ultimate rich dark sherry from Spain which I like to call "Liquid Christmas Cake".

Fino Panese (dry), Amontillado (medium dry) and Cream Morentia sherries are also available.
